Microtubules
Microtubules

Functions:
Microtubules- hollow tubes of protein that constitutes
the largest strand in the cytoskeleton, contributes to support, movement,
and development of cells.

Cytoskeleton- network of long protein strands located in cytosol,
participates in movement of organelles within cytosol.

Cytosol- gelatin-like aqueous fluid that bathes organelles on
the inside of the cell membrane.

Cilium- short hair-like organelle that extends from a cell and
functions in locomotion or in movement of substances across the cell surface,
usually short and found in large numbers.
