Sitz Im Leben

Sitz Im Leben

I currently live with my mother, Rose Maire, and my father, Silvio.
My sister Amy lives at the Shephard dorms at Northwestern University. Cristina lives
in Wrigleyville in an apartment with two of her friends. The only other language
spoken in my house besides English is Italian. Our Italian heritage does not really
effect our household. Yes, most of the food we cook is Italian, but that is
really it.

My sister Cristina no longer follows the Christian faith. It really has not impacted
me that much. My parenst were upset at first, but then realized that she was old enough
to make her own decisions about her life. She is the only one in my immediate family
that does not go to church on a regular baisis.

I live in an urban setting, and have always lived there since I was born. I really
like that area that I live in. I have a red line stop two blocks from my house,
so I can go basically anywhere I want. I have never lived anywhere else. I
did not choose to come to Regina. Because both of my sister attended, I was expected
to do so. At first, I was not very happy about it, but now I am very glad that I
decided to stay here.
